We had LR Higgins do our 2nd floor bathroom remodel and are extremely happy with the entire process. From the planning, communication, implementation and the final result we could not be any happier with the quality and customer service. I was especially impressed with Dean's quick responses to text and phone. The entire team was very patient and understanding with planning and scheduling around our reactive dog. The LR Higgins people do what they say and say what they do. They completed all indoor renovation work for us before the Christmas 2024 holiday when our guests arrived, then finished a beautiful outdoor deck in January, before the snow arrived. Now it is ready to enjoy this Spring. All of the employees and subcontractors are top-quality workers. We are very pleased with LR Higgins Inc.
It was a real pleasure to deal with LR Higgins again for a myriad of exterior projects. Previously they helped us with interior issues arising from an undetected dishwasher leak that caused water issues in our kitchen and finished basement. This time they needed to level our screened in porch, redo the footings ( which were undersized) bracing, and removed the deck steps which also were sinking. They also tackled our front porch, which was sagging, shored it up, redid the skirting, redid front steps (their design, beautiful) , replaced wood trim on the house with PVC, replaced cedar shingles where needed and floor of outdoor shower.
