“Today, I was teaching my son the economics of having propane tanks filled versus doing a tank exchange. It cost $31 for two tanks and most exchanges are $27 for one tank. He didn’t really care but he will at some point in his life.
That is besides the point…do you ever go to exchange your tanks or have them filled only to feel like a major inconvenience. That wasn’t my experience at Frederick Brothers. After the gentleman filled my tanks, I thanked him and he said, no thank you for coming here to fill them. Then when paying, the woman was super pleasant and said please come visit us again. My business felt appreciated versus an inconvenience. They now have a loyal customer. I won’t go anywhere else!“
