“Wow. We received such fabulous service from Mancini. I was very impressed. One of their electricians, Greg, came out to our apartment in response to our complaint to the building management that we could not get our cable to work. Greg said that he wasn’t ordinarily called out for that kind of job, and I was afraid he wasn’t going to be able to do it. But he plunged right in and did some amazing detective work to figure out what the problem was. It took him quite a while to track down the problem, going from our apartment to the basement to the outside of the building, but he did not give up and kept going until he found out what was wrong and fixed it. And while doing so, he was professional, pleasant, and, courteous and compassionate. I don’t know anything about electricity, but I know great service when I see it.
