Have used Ehrlich for over a year, while the scheduling and customer service line have not always been the easiest to navigate KEITH REED always makes up for it. Extremely Professional, not only does a great job with treatment he educated the tenants and Management.

Jim Palmer is our tech for 2 properties in Southern Maine. His work and customer service are exceptional. We recently had an emergency situation with carpenter ants causing a delay in some home improvement construction. Although booked solid, Jim made the time to come out the same day in the evening. He resolved the issue. The guy doing our construction was so impressed that he immediately sent me a text singing his praises. Jim is fantastic and really cares about his customers.
