Unbelievably disappointed in this business. I'll start by saying my husband and I have been customers of theirs for many years. My husband even longer than myself. We continued to use this business to file our taxes even after we moved to Florida 3 years ago. We never had a problem until this year. Like the past 3 years we emailed all information and documentation needed to file our taxes for this year. All information was clearly stated and there for them to read, including our address.
