These guys came out, right away; repaired the problem at a more than reasonable price!! I am definitely look forward to working with this company for years to come; excellent service, with a smile, at an affordable price !!!

We had called another service prior to contacting Fowler. We were first told nothing was wrong with our system and then, 15 minutes later, we were given an estimate of close to $1000 because they would need to "explore ". We were incredibly upset and unsettled because something didn't seem right. A week later we lost heat and hot water. A friend recommended Fowler. And contacting them was the best thing we ever did. I called on Sunday afternoon and asked if someone could come out Monday morning. And someone was here right at 7 am. The technician, Bob, was equally as outstanding as Breen, the owner. Neither of them treated us with anything other than complete professionalism, honesty and kindness. 2 hours later our heat and hot water was back. And there was only 1 item that needed to be replaced (compared to the list that was given by the first service). I would HIGHLY recommend Fowler! Thank you guys for superior customer service!
