I called them at 7:00am explaining my worries to them about getting her around and mostly to physical therapy. Within an hour Mario along with Rueben came by to do some measurements and drafted up some potential designs. They gave me three layouts for a wheelchair ramp and mentioned some other concerns that needed to be addressed which I didn’t even think about until they mentioned it. I knew how busy they were and it may take awhile, but they totally went above and beyond by rearranging their schedule while saying they did it “given the circumstances”They came by early the following morning and started with the rain gutter and brush removal than instantly started building the ramp afterwards.
