This review must have 2 parts. I had a water leak the week before Christmas, 2019. My insurance co. recommended this company as a ‘preferred provider’ for mitigation of the leak and subsequent drying of walls & floors. This work was prompt (the interior part) and successful. The problems started with repair and restoration work.First and foremost, the outside water and shield patch was found to be s ‘slap/dash’ job, never finding or sealing a primary leak. They assumed flashing, this turned out not to be the major issue. Then they said there was asbestos in the ceiling joints.....requiring another large expense, and hassle.
