I am a landlord in the area and use Rinaldi Energy for all of my heating/oil needs for 8 properties. They introduced the Price Protection Plan this year which I HIGHLY recommend. Instead of spending a lot of money on oil solely in the winter months this plan spreads the cost across all 12 months of the year, lessening the burden of paying for the oil mostly in the winter. Any credits that you accumulate can be used for services or applied to make your next years plan cheaper! Fantastic business and i highly recommend them.

We have been so impressed by the customer service and work from everyone at Rinaldi Energy, both for our home and our business. Cannot recommend them enough! Case in point, we haven’t been home much and thought we had more oil in the tank than we did. Just realized we were out the day before Thanksgiving and Rinaldi kindly added us on to their delivery schedule. So grateful!

These guys were awesome. Said it might take two days, completed it in 6 hours. Needed to add a couple modifications and they still finished way ahead of time. Very professional crew, Colby and the guys went above and beyond. On top of all this they were over a thousand dollars less then the next quote. Had an aging Monitor heater and this new one is so quiet and clean I wish I had changed it years ago. If you get a heat pump and don’t have them do it you are being foolish! Thanks again, great job
