I was very impressed with Tim and Heidi yesterday as they were able to get needed window measurements done without necessitating a second visit and delaying our order process. Their technology serves them well. Both are very friendly and professional.
Fabulous job done today by the 3 Brothers from Renewal by Anderson! Sam Josh and John I think. They were very efficient and cleaned up as they worked? And the windows are great! We live on a busy street and they really cut down on noise! Couldn’t be happier?
Shawn Robertson from Renewal by Anderson made a visit today. He works very closely with the sales representative Melissa Buckingham to coordinate my order and needs. Shane was professional, efficient and cleaned up after measuring for my doors and Windows. He went over my order to confirm I was in agreement with it. He explained options for outside trim work and made helpful changes to help preserve the integrity of the wood. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is going to replace old or order new doors and windows.
