We approached Mark during the end of winter to discuss our needs in a newly purchased home with a pretty tight back yard property line. He kept in touch with us and then put us on his schedule for early spring. Our privacy fence was installed on April 22, 2022 and although we’d opted for Gothic style caps they weren’t available by the work date. To avoid an installation delay Mark used what he had on hand (New England), and he assured us he’d be back to replace them with what we’d chosen.
