Unfortunately, Phi Builders designers were not interested in giving me the time of day. Perhaps it was my pointed questions, perhaps my impatience at the greeters lack of knowledge , or my rushed demeanor, as I was pressed for time. The result was they told me repeatedly my inquiries would be returned, She was just finishing lunch ,so on, but I was snubbed for my supposed transgressions. In other words, not someone I would do business with. Please treat your customers with honesty and integrity in the future and do not lie to them.I appreciate the owners outreach to me about my concerns. The absolute best builders and architects in mid-coast Maine...some truly phenomenal work. Having been in high-end real estate for 20 years in the mid-coast, I can tell you that Phi's design and construction are second-to-none. Keep up the great work!
