“I brought in my violin to have the strings replaced in hopes to finally learn to play. I anticipated it being brought into a back room where the job would be completed out of sight and I would know little more than I did when I walked in, but instead I was offered so much more! The owner walked me through the process and empowered me to change my own strings in the future. I learned so much in that brief time and it was evident that he wanted me to succeed in my endeavor.I read many of the negative reviews before taking the 40 minute drive, and I am glad that I had the sense to build my own impression - they were good people, committed to what they do and it’s probably safe to say they’ve been doing it a long time. There was immense attention to detail during my visit. As a side note, they have a lovely selection of instruments, some of which I’ve never seen in other shops throughout the state. Support your local music stores because they’re getting harder and harder to find.“
