“Pen Bay Medical was a great facility to visit when I got Covid during my Maine vacation! I was checked in immediately and was instructed to sit and wait in the open and clean waiting area. I barely sat down when Nurse Kara called me into a room. She was efficient and caring. She did a Covid test and said it would be an hour for the results. I sat back down in the waiting room and she called me in 30 minutes later with a positive result. She said the doctor would be in shortly, and she was! Dr Lew was a delight! Extremely kind and helpful. She prescribed Paxlovid and called the script into the hospital pharmacy. When we arrived there, the staff was working on our insurance to determine the medication cost. I cannot say enough about how helpful Hilary was! I really appreciated her going the extra mile to help us out. Would highly recommend Pen Bay Medical. Everyone there was top level“
