good design ideas but terrible execution. As the other reviewers say, they are right and the customer is wrong. I had my upstairs bathroom rebuild and 3 weeks later water leakes through the ceiling. "we tested everything, it's your problem". Spend over $60k for a terrible job. Complaint with the Maine AG is already filed.

Came in the spring for a site visit, seemed competent & reliable. Heard nothing from them till the summer when they emailed me to confirm I still wanted the project done. I confirmed and they said they'd schedule it for the fall. Never heard a word from them again. With just a few weeks of fall left I emailed them inquiring about a start date, they failed to respond. Sent them another email, blew me off again. Don't waste your time with this outfit. Should have read Yelp reviews first.
