I have been going to VIP for years and will not go anywhere else. They bring back true meaning to the concept of putting the customer first over profits in a real way everyday. Picking glasses can be difficult and each team member I have worked with was patient, thorough and experienced. I just want to say that this place and everyone in it is amazing. I have had such a positive and friendly experience here. I had regular trifocals and sunglass trifocals made and they are perfect. All three employees that helped at each visit took their time and looked me in the eyes and made me feel special. Thank you VIP Eyes. I highly recommend you to everyone.

VIP eyes in Portland have been my family and my go-to for prescription glasses and sunglasses for years. Their customer service is exceptional and their prices are very fair. Recently the staff there discovered a big mistake our eye doctor made. They saved us a big problem. We are very grateful to them and their service level. We highly recommend VIP Eyes.
