We have used this company for quite a few years now-first was for an emergency when we could find nobody else. We find them a bit expensive but we get what we pay for: they are polite, prompt, friendly, accurate, and very reliable. These things are not easily found these days and we are happy to give them our money for their fantastic service
Called at 8 am because the cold water in the shower wasn't working and the shower was dripping uncontrollably. 3 hours later, it was fixed and we're back to life as usual. The plumber who came to fix it was fantastic. Incredibly nice, took the time to explain everything, and made sure to demonstrate that the problem was resolved. Seriously, couldn't ask for a better experience. Very very grateful to have this resolved so quickly!
We have a few other things around the house that need to get fixed up. No need to look for a plumber, I know exactly who we'll use.
My heating system broke on the middle of night in January in Maine. I called Richard P Waltz for emergency help. They came very quick and fixed the problem. I am very thankful and highly recommend their services.
