A huge shout out to Richard Waltz Heating and Plumbing and Justine, Vincenzo aka Vinny, Elijah, Vinnys helper last Friday, and Dana Collins for an excellent job at our parents home in Portland. We experienced flooding into the basement of this house after two torrential rainstorms. Because it’s an older home the initial assessment was difficult to make but Vinny called in his immediate superior Dana and together they were able to track down and assess the problems. An appointment was scheduled for the job, a contract was emailed outlining in detail all the facets of the job, the cost, legalese etc. The first day of the job Impressed me at how thorough, detail oriented and professional Vinny is. No corner was cut. He’s like a dog with a bone. The last part of the job involved inspecting the piping from the house out to the main sewer where he found many many tree roots invading the line. He didn’t quit until he had a line that freely flowed. And he taught his assistant while on the job. I just can’t say enough how impressed we were with Vinnys workmanship and work ethic. We thought pricing was very fair and experiencing the way our family and our job was treated we know we have received what we paid for. What we end with is peace of mind because of a job very well done.
