“I’ve been a customer of Portland Nails since Lindsay and Yung opened this shop 10 years ago in my neighborhood. I no longer live in Portland, but still exclusively come here for my mani/pedis. These two are sweet, keep the shop so clean, and give excellent service. My nails look so beautiful when I leave and their massages are extra long! Note: make an appointment ahead of time rather than walking in. It’s just the two of them and they have many long-standing customers so they’re often quite busy!“
