I dealt with at least eight different staff members and all had great personalities and made sure that I was always aware of their roles and what was going on in terms of my procedure. I was also impressed with how quickly they got me in, prepped, and off to surgery. They were all very professional and explained my options, when to expect results, and a short primer on what the possible out comes are. More importantly, they laughed at all my jokes which is important for a person who uses humor as a coping mechanism. I would highly recommend them if you to need a fine needle biopsy of your thyroid... their needles and precision are the best.“
