The wash dry fold service receives no complaints, offering same day service if dropped off early enough, with a next-day option also available. The business is noted as being improved quite often. Some drawbacks include that too many machines take different payment methods, using quarters, wash cards, or credit/debit cards inconsistently. The requirement to buy a laundry card for $5 with limited refill options is a common complaint, as is parking being a little difficult in a lot that is not big and not easy to navigate. The last wash is at 5 pm, and the doors are locked after that, which does not feel safe to some. A note mentions that a new worker may give customers a hard time if they use dryers too close to the 7 pm closing time.
