Well, Mark and his team were here very quickly and cleared the driveway and moved the tree. They cleared the debris and left the yard spotless.“

“We've worked with Jennifer, the owner of Full Circle Landscaping, for the past year. We are so impressed by her knowledge, skills, and customer service. We planned a complete overhaul of our backyard and she was there at every stage. First, she helped us understand what plants we had. She spent an hour with us teaching us about them and how to prune them and take care of them. When it came time to start our major project, she came to our house multiple times to talk about how plants would be laid out, and she met with our patio contractor in person to coordinate their efforts. Eventually, Jennifer and her crew came to plant a bunch of items, add mulch, and generally spruce things up. She had great advice at every step. The cost for her services was extremely reasonable. She provided invoices by email and was very communicative. There were also multiple instances when she suggested how we might accomplish some tasks ourselves so that we didn't have to pay her for them. She's also just a nice person, including when she brought our newborn son a birthday card. The fact that this is a woman-owned business and she has an all-woman landscaping crew is just the icing on the cake. We will look forward to calling on her again in the future. This business, and Jennifer in particular, is a total gem in the world of home and outdoor service providers.“

“We cannot thank Jake Audet and his team enough for their work on their home. We relocated into a 30 year old house around 6 years ago. The driveway and walkways were sinking and cracking. The roof shingles were literally falling off daily. There was no lawn to speak of (all moss, trees, and bare dirt). What started out as a project just to reseed grass and remove a few trees ultimately turned into a full face lift on the property.<br>In addition to a landscape makeover, we replaced the roof, decking, walkways, and repaved the driveway. Jake's team coordinated it all, including putting us in touch with a landscape architect at the project onset, and either performing the work themselves or contracting out all of the necessary carpentry, electric, etc in a way that made it easy for us. The place looks fantastic and should last for the next few decades while we plan to live here. It's nice to finally have a lawn to enjoy with our kids rather than just wooded areas around the property. Folks in our neighborhood have already asked us for a reference for Audet to do work of their own.“

“The customized solution TruGreen brought our business was equal to or better than anything a local (smaller provider) could have delivered. TruGreen was able to accommodate us on our service days to make sure that it didn’t conflict with our mowing schedule. Even their senior management team showed up on more than one occasion to oversee the treatments we were receiving. They also made adjustments to the treatment plan to combat some of the unexpected changes in our lawn due to weather conditions beyond our control. We also received recommendations and suggestions on altering our watering/Irrigation schedule. Our lawn hasn’t looked this good in over 10 years. Many of the guests to our property actually commented about the lawn and landscaping in their comment cards. While True Green can’t guarantee or commit to the same person treating your property each visit, we have found that this particular management team has done an incredible job of retaining employees which ultimately led to us having the same person nearly every time they visited. Again, they can’t guarantee that but it sure seems to be working out that way. So, in addition to treating customers really well, they must be treating their employees really well to have retained them for this long. I’m stating the obvious when I say that TruGreen was the best decision we made for our property!“
