I hadn't been to an optometrist in 5 years but desperately needed new glasses. After doing some research I decided to come here due to it being so close to home and having such good reviews, as well as taking my insurance. The person at the check in desk was lovely, bubbly, and clear about what I needed to do. I only waited maybe ten minutes or so in their little waiting area before being taken back by Dr. Giles. He was very friendly and what I loved most about him was that he explained everything that was being done, why, how, etc. He gave me information, he made sure I was involved and understood. Excellent clinic: state of the art equipment, super friendly staff. You can tell Dr Giles really loves his profession. The whole experience of dealing with them is pleasnt and cheerful.Highly recommend!

My visit with Dr. Giles was nothing short of fantastic. The experience from start to finish was smooth — and the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Giles provided a solid annual examination and some excellent medical advice too. And because they have an eyeglass store in the office, I was able to place my order for new lenses & frames on the spot. A true one-stop shop!
