From my first consultation with the ME at CECNE I didn't get a good feeling. There was a lack of professionalism, lack of care, lack of interest regarding my concern and a laissez-faire attitude. I thought I was being too critical so I put my perceptions aside and moved forward with IPL treatments on my face. All in all the treatments showed improvement but only slightly. On my final follow up visit my provider agreed that there was only a slight improvement, and mentioned another treatment. As with my first visit I had to probe with questions on this recommended treatment as there was no pertinent information provided as to what the treatment was, how to prepare for it and what expectations should be. I would NOT RECOMMEND this office. I've since visited another office and wow....what a difference. The provider was very professional and actually looked at my skin, provided detailed information on treatment options and mentioned precautions both prior and post treatment. I'm sorry I didn't listen to my gut to begin with, which is why I wanted to write this review. Trust me....LOOK ELSEWHERE!
I had eyebrow micro blading at this spa a couple of years ago. The results were truly awful. Color was way too dark and the shape was most unflattering. I got them lasered off (took 7 laser treatments) and redone at another place. I wrote the owner asking for a refund but she never responded. I do not recommend this spa.
BEWARE of a certain aesthetician who did my Dermaplaning and Diamond Glow treatments. Dermaplaning~~~A few nicks and a magnifying mirror showing the hair left on my face was clearly enough to keep me away. Diamond Glow~~~I've had quite a few Diamond Glow treatments elsewhere and never had this happen before. The solution going in my eyes and ears during the entire treatment was surely not a pleasant experience. I followed up with a phone call to express my concerns and was told I would hear back from someone. It has been over a week and no response. Obviously I will not be returning to Cosmetic Enhancement Center of New England. Brenda H.
