Great place awesome people. My hands kept falling asleep at night while I was sleeping and wake me up. They snapped me back into place after a few visits and I don't have any more issues. Highly recommend

I feel so darn lucky to have found Garrett at Cornerstone. I moved to Portland with a significant back pain problem from lifting boxes improperly. I googled chiropractors, called the next day, and they took me in that very day when I expressed how much pain I was in. After that first visit, I was already 80% less in pain when Garrett listened to my history of adjustments and the inflammation of my si joint. While I was in serious distress for a few days, once I was in a good place, there was no pressure to keep coming back so regularly. Other chiropractors in other towns I've visited were always trying to make you come as often as when symptoms are acute. Garrett gave me exercises to do at home to help prevent issues but allowed me to choose when I needed to come in. He's truly committed to holistic care. A year later and I go for monthly check ins--because I like to. My chronic back pain has been subdued to minimal flare ups when I use poor body mechanics (I need to remember I'm not 20 years old anymore!). The customer service aspect is perfection. Garrett is a caring practitioner and Ashley at the front desk keeps tabs on all the things going on in your life. Their genuine interest in me and my well-being is worthy of six stars but I'm limited to five. Yes, I recommend this chiropractor. And yes, I'd be shocked if you didn't feel the same way after just one visit.

I've been to several different chiropractors in the past. I never realized how unknowledgeable most of them are untill I went here. I absolutely trust and am greatfull to this clinic. They are 50 times more equiped to do the job effectively and without all the high tech machines other clinics like to charge extra for. I 100% trust them! Going here has greatly improved my quality of life!
