All staff were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful. From booties on the feet and extremely quiet machinary, to expedient in and out, they are professional. Plus, their dry as a bone has minimal wait time for “dry as a bone.” After relocating, I had carpets cleaned pre-move in. Vast difference, I am extremely happy. Will use for all my needs.

I couldn't be happier with the work done by Bone Dry Carpet Cleaning. The crew did a great job dealing with a couple of difficult carpet stains and my kitchen tile and grout look new again! Crystal was professional and easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Jeff and his team's exceptional service during a recent crisis. Our basement flooded due to a power outage, leaving us in a dire situation with a failed sump pump. Jeff's prompt response and expert assistance were nothing short of miraculous.
