I was having trouble with my Mitsubishi heat pump and couldn’t find anyone that wanted to work on it. I contacted Mitsubishi and they had Dirigo Mechanical LLC contact me and within a couple days he was at my place and quickly told me the issue I was dealing with. Jake Lajoie said the outside unit wasn’t properly match with the ceiling unit I had. This meant replacing the outside unit. Jake had the new unit installed within a week. Jake is top notch! He is very professional and very knowledgeable. I can’t thank him enough for his time. I have talked with Jake and I will be calling him for all my heating and AC issues. Thanks Jake

Jacob called to see if he could arrive a little early which worked out great and it was appreciated that he took the time and concern to check with us first. He’s very pleasant and knowledgeable. As he was leaving he said he would email us a quote. This all took place this morning so I’m assuming we should have a quote sometime tomorrow.

Jake is consistently prompt and efficient. He effectively answers all questions, explains repairs, and clarified how my boiler system works. There really isn’t anyone else I trust to work in my home on my system than Jake .
