We stopped in to get a car wash, they asked us to come back in an hour as they had a car in garage and couldn’t move it until they got the part in for it. We waited the hour and came back only to be told the guy just left to go home. So we made an appointment for this morning as they suggested…..show up at 9:00 for the appointment only to be told they can’t do it. What kind of service is that? When you speak to the owner, his attitude is, oh well, what do you want me to do about it. Maine, the way life should be….just not in Patten and certainly not at Main Street Outback Garage. When you make an appointment to provide a service, get the persons name and number and if you’re not going to be able to do the job, give the customer a call and let them know before they drive over to you. Without customers you don’t have a business.

Thank you Steve! Always ran studded tires....45000 miles a year. He recommended some Nokian all seasons and they were awesome! All the traction and much less noise! I highly recommend them! Great service as well
