We have been a client of AMH twice. Once in 2017 when we built our home in Poland and again last year when we built in Wells. It was our experience in 2017 that led us to want to work with Mary Anna and her team again. We were not disappointed. Mary Anna tells it like it is and goes to the end of the earth trying to make things right for her clients. We had an uphill battle with Wells when it came to permitting and lots of roadblocks but Mary Anna and her team were supportive and encouraging the whole time. We love our little cottage and have no regrets!!

After visiting four different modular companies, this place by far has the most ofter. They sat down with us and gave us the time of day to answer all of our questions, they are super knowledgeable, and very reasonable. The owner has been doing this work for over 30 years, and we could tell! The whole staff was a pleasure to interact with. Thank you for the experience.
