At first this seemed really nice and Brenda seemed very nice. I indicated about three times that I wanted work on a specific area of my back: 1) on the intake form 2) In the middle of the massage when flipping over onto my back for the 2nd half, and 3) when she was near the actual area, asked her to address it. At this point she still did not mention the area or discuss my request(S), but only asked me what kind of stretching I do (?). It felt like she was deflecting or avoiding what I asked for. (She never did anything for the area I specified, then when I asked why at payment she accused me of only requesting this at the very end when my time was up.This was not even true. I assumed she had someone immediately after me and had to rush, but she did not, because I stopped back in maybe 20 minutes later after an errand and she was doing nothing at the desk. I do not recommend. I had been so excited about this, and left feeling pretty crappy .....and gaslighted because I had made my request fully known several times in a nice way....and she ignored it, changed the subject, then pretended I didnt. I am almost confused.....especially reading all these reviews about "above and beyond." I could not even get what i was there for.

I can’t say enough. I’m still buzzing after my massage, and it was six hours ago!! Brenda is extraordinary; professional, considerate, extremely skilled, and has such great energy! Her studio is clean and mystical- it’s like entering another world, which is exactly perfect for the experience. I’ve had lifelong back issues; after an in-depth consultation, she got to work on it, and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!

Had such an amazing Swedish massage. Brenda was super detailed. I felt so refreshed and rejuvenated after. I loved her home made arnica with essential oils. I had such an epic time. I can't wait to go back!
