Dr Kulls is an amazing office! The staff is so friendly, and Dr Kull always takes the time to explain the procedures accordingly and answer any questions you may have about anything check up related. Last year, I had an asthma attack / seizure (still unsure) while I was in the office during my eye exam. I was recovering, or thought I had recovered from the flu. I eventually ended up loosing my vision and hearing temporarily and was hyperventilating / sweating. Dr Kull immediately grabbed Lucy (who works in the office) who called 911 and put a cold rag on my head. She called both my parents and was talking to 911 at the same time!! I love Dr. Kull, he is super professional and very kind. He’s in and out, and answered all of my questions about contacts. I spent the majority of my visit with Teri as they were very busy. She was friendly, encouraging, and went above and beyond for everyone, including myself.The reason this review isn’t 5 stars is because of the other front desk woman, Lucy. She has been terribly rude to me every time I’ve gone in to see them. My first visit, she was on the phone with someone personal and got visibly upset when there were more than 3 people waiting to be checked in. Thursday night,my glasses broke. So Friday I go to see DR Kull. His staff were absolutely great!! As luck would have it,he had/made time to get me in. He was very thorough on his exam,as you would expect. Took the time to answer questions,and gave me a little more knowledge on the fluid in our eyes too.Without my glasses,I wouldn't be able to work. I cannot express my sincere thank you enough to the doctor and his staff.
