“We had Dave out to our house a couple weeks ago. He called me ahead of time to go over the problem and literally diagnosed the issue over the phone based on what I told him. We had a leak showing inside the bathroom ceiling and he said it was most likely the vent pipe gasket in the roof versus an entire roof job. Sure enough when he came over the next day he said he could see the gasket all cracked from the ground. He and his assistant put up the ladder and fixed the problem and were done in less than 90 minutes. Efficient, honest, reliable are how I would describe Dave and his work. This repair cost us about $600 for both pipe gaskets instead of a $10k+ roof job. I highly recommend Dave if you're looking for roof repairs.“
