We had a leak showing inside the bathroom ceiling and he said it was most likely the vent pipe gasket in the roof versus an entire roof job. Sure enough when he came over the next day he said he could see the gasket all cracked from the ground. He and his assistant put up the ladder and fixed the problem and were done in less than 90 minutes. Efficient, honest, reliable are how I would describe Dave and his work. “I called Robert Zuke builders and got a call back in about 20 minutes. Mr. Zuke came by that next morning and gave me an estimate for a fairly large new roof and new skylights that I approved. Part of his crew showed up on the first dry day to install the skylights, and the next day a crew of about 18 people started at 7 am and were done by 5 o'clock.
