She has a wonderful energy about her and an intuitive massage style that was impressive, to say the least. We decided on a mix of CST and relaxation massage that left me feeling rested and soothed. Decided it was time for me get a message after my back was getting really sore. It's been 15 years since I've had been to get a message. Located in York Maine off the main road rt 1 was very easy to get to. The room was very relaxing when I walked in from the decor and calming music. Michelle my masseuse greeted me with a smile and was very professional. I'm a shy guy but she made me feel right at home. I chose the 60 min deep tissue and she worked on all of my knots and pulled muscles. After one visit with her I will be booking once a month. Great experience and highly recommend

Michell is so good that both myself and my husband regularly have massages with her. It has made a huge difference in my flexibility as I have arthritis in my neck that hasn't felt so loose in years. Great maintenance for the 60+ bodies!She maintains COVID precautions throughout! Many times goes over and beyond time to work through troubled areas. Exceptional!
