I experienced a water pipe break on the 3rd floor during the winter when I was away for a few weeks. It was devastating. Although contractors are usually scheduled for weeks out. GC responded immediately. They recommended improvements to my house but was able to stay within budget. I thought my house would never be the same however in the end it was significantly more beautiful. I don’t wish a frozen water pipe happens to anyone but in my case, working with GC, my experience ended positively and I love my completely rebuilt house much better than before the water damage.
