From my initial phone call with Todd he was absolutely fantastic. I had many many questions which he took time to answer even though I still hadn't decided exactly what I was going to do. As soon as I got chatting to him I knew he would be the guy to help out. We got a hot tub from a neighbour which needed disconnecting and then when we got it to our house it needed connecting up. He was happy to give his honest opinion and did everything he could to save us money along the way. They arrived when he said they would every time, a pleasure to deal with. We recently purchased a 220 volt hot tub and feel very fortunate with choosing Todd of Wire Guys to meet our electrician needs. From the initial engagement with Todd, we found him approachable which put us at ease about the project. He explained our house’s existing electrical infrastructure and changes needed for a 220 volt wiring leading to the hot tub in the back yard. When the hot tub arrived, we were delayed for a few days by inclement weather until Todd called us with the news of a two hour break in the rain per a weather forecast and coordinated a visit to complete the project.
