100 Aker Wood Frame Shop is a sweet little shop and an excellent source for fine art and arts and crafts supplies. The owner is very helpful, professional, kind, and passionate. He knows what he's doing and is there to answer any questions. His framing work is absolutely gorgeous and amazing. Prices are reasonable and there are often sales. It is a great shop to have locally and an absolute delight. Customers are completely satisfied and plan to return for future projects.
Wonderful owner who has helped me on many occasions. Notably he went above and beyond helping me to make a few prints of my watercolor that went to a dear friend. His advice is always expert and on point, and prices are cheaper than in larger art stores.
Steve was very helpful with our project! He offered cost effective suggestions to an unusually sized map. He completed our project sooner than expected. This shop is a wonderful find! I highly recommend the services of this shop!
I have been a customer here since about 2005, and am a huge fan of Barbara Trafficonte, former owner fellow owner with her husband, who’s Jack Russell used to lie in the window and hung out in the store.
I bought supplies for drawing, illustrating, tracing paper, and other random stuff, and my mom was an oil artist so I’d buy her gift certificates for Christmas.
Barbara’s son is the proprietor now. About a year ago I went in and told him I wasn’t sure if I wanted to try painting oil or watercolor, and he let me know that acrylic could sort of let me test both worlds with some “watercolor” limitations to some extent, and he directed me to an inexpensive...read full review
