I love you all but the waits are almost unbearable. Believe it’s in your software. I have traveled to 9 states and this by far is the longest wait and check out. Sorry I love the personnel
I took my 12 yr old Portie in on Sat morning they worked her in between patients and Dr Blake saw her and treated her before closing. He and tech were very helpful and explained her condition thoroughly. They explained her diagnosis carefully and gave us excellent instructions for the long weekend. Would have been a five star but have not always been satisfied with the staff.
I stopped by to purchase Revolution Plus for my cat. The wait was very brief, staff were really professional and helpful and quickly took care of my needs as well as providing information regarding future care for my pet.
