He worked with us for the placement of the inside units so they would be in a place where they were not only functional, but esthetically pleasing. Reached out cause my baseboard heaters were making funny noises & of course nothings ever a simple fix for me.. he came to drain the lines only to realize there is no pressure being pumped back into them - causing pipe cutting/work to be completed because my furnace is original. What was going to be a quick peek turned into a repair. I’m sure he’s sick of me calling constantly but I’m so thankful for their customer service and prompt responses!!
