“We purchased an older home in Auburn that had pre-existing heat pumps which had not been checked or cleaned since before we moved in. Jesse came to our home from Integrity. He did a fine job cleaning, inspecting, and tuning the two Hi2 heat pumps outside our home. He did likewise for the six units on the walls within rooms of our home. Two of them needed a deep cleaning. He took those two apart and outside for that deep cleaning. He got up on a ladder to check the drains and other external tubing for units on the second floor. Jesse cleaned up inside and out to the extent that nobody would have known he was here. He moved right along and all this work took him barely over two hours. We will definately have Integrity back again!“

“I always forget to post reviews but seeing these guys got some low scores I wanted to share my multiple experiences with Jon's company. A few years ago Jon replaced my furnace, fixed zones that were messed up, and installed new thermostats throughout the property. I was extremely happy with the service as well as the craftsmanship that went into completing the piping.

The second time I used Jon was to replace a hotwater heater that went in my rental unit. He removed the old unit from the 1st floor of my attached apartment and placed the new unit in my basement to create new closet space in my rental as well as reduce the hazard of having to worry about a potential leak from a hot water heater in my rental unit (basement is unfinished with floor drains)

I have always been happy with the pricing compared to quality of work I've received. I can admit i haven't always gotten a call back immediately, but I choose to call back if needed and use patience when needed, my hot water heater was an emergency and they came out right away. This company is extremely busy and I've always felt that the busy guy is probably the best guy and I can say based on my first hand experience Jon and his crew are the best guys for the job.“
