“I just had an emergency pulpectomy at Machias Dental and it was a superb experience from start to finish. The receptionist Devon was very helpful listening to my issue and then referring me to Janet, the patient coordinator. Janet made sure that I had the pain medicine that I needed to get through initially when I was in debilitating pain. Then when I need a pulpectomy she and the office made sure that I could get an immediate appointment even though they were fully booked that day. Kathy was exceptional as the dental assistant and was highly informative about the procedure so I felt more calm. Then Dr. Sparaga came into the dental room and further calmed me down and informed me about what to expect and gave me novocaine. Then the newest dentist, Dr. Jones did the procedure. Dr. Jones was excellent and was also very good at letting me know what to expect. I felt very calm with him and all in all I was so relieved afterwards. Couldn’t recommend Machias Dental more. Stellar patient care and customer service from start to finish.“
