“I live out of state and was having a problem at one of my rental property's in Conway , NH and of course on a Friday night I kept telling myself this is going to be expensive so I reached out to some friends about the gentleman they have used over the years for a wide variety of service's not once did I ever hear a complaint about Arthur at AC's ODD JOBS here it was 11 PM so I gave him a call and explained what was going on and how all the drains were backing up and how renters were complaining about low to no water pressure so he told me his fee for going out after hours at that time of night I was shocked how reasonable and I mean reasonable his Fees were he said he would be heading out within an half an hour Iinstructed him to call me if there were any problems at all and to let me know what the problem was a little over an hour later he called me to let me know I was all set and the problems were taken care of The renters were happy and thankful along with myself he was very professional he made a few recommendations to me and that we should talk about them another time being so late at night !!!!!“
