Paul's and his crew are very good at what they do. They installed the water lines, heating system, including radiant heat. We had a heat pump installed this past winter, and the installation is fine. The problem I am having is that I have attempted to reach him to apply for the rebate through efficiency Maine. Paul has been unresponsive after several attempts to obtain his assistance. He does not appear to be on the list of improved heat pump installers. If this is the case, I am out of a potential rebate. We have been using the Pierce Plumbing and Electric business for our plumbing and we find them to be just GREAT ! They say when they'll be on the job and that's when they arrive. They get right to work, do the job and leave with no wasted motion or time. The prices are reasonable and competitive. We can't say enough good things about finding a plumber we can rely on. They are efficient, helpful and courteous.
