Paul's and his crew are very good at what they do. They installed the water lines, heating system, including radiant heat. We had a heat pump installed this past winter, and the installation is fine. The problem I am having is that I have attempted to reach him to apply for the rebate through efficiency Maine. Paul has been unresponsive after several attempts to obtain his assistance. He does not appear to be on the list of improved heat pump installers. If this is the case, I am out of a potential rebate.
