“Advice for long er waits... Expect non life-threatening waiting area wait times to be long as probably most places are, 1-2 hrs depending on how much room and staff they are juggling, have something to do with you for the wait time, books, drawing materials, tablets, podcasts, things to take up time: especially with fidgety little ones. Times are tough and waiting when in need is unwanted but bring things to help cope as they will assist when able. The wait time I've seen can take a while and I just want to encourage people to try and be understanding of the current events. With staffing issues everywhere it's difficult to write a review other than including this issue because it affects they experience of receiving help with expected/ desired accommodations. They are building a new center near the auburn Shaw's so perhaps this will make hospital visits better with more places to go when in need.“
