Great, supportive, and caring staff to help you with difficult situations. Their 24 hour service is a literal lifesaver. Wait times can be long depending on time of day but they seem to triage pretty effectively for more serious issues. They also will send all the notes and treatments to your regular vet so you don't have to worry about trying to remember all the details when you're distraught.
We went Wednesday to have our elderly dog put to sleep as soon as her health took a sharp turn. She couldn’t walk so they were able to respectfully load her onto a stretcher and bring her to an area where we could lay peacefully with her until the end. They were all very respectful and informative. We got lucky as there were no other patients when we arrived at 5am. I know it might not always be as good of timing for most, but we were very pleased with the service.

I want to thank the staff there from the bottom of my heart. Especially Jasmine who’s compassion shines through. She was wonderful and I cannot thank her enough for helping me and my dog at a tough time. I appreciate all that you did for me.
