Our entire first floor in our York, Maine condo was destroyed by water damage that originated from an ice maker that malfunctioned. The services we received from Garvey Construction were excellent. Dan Garvey exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond what he was hired to do. Plus, he did all this during COVID. The damage to the condo was discovered in July of 2020 and completed in 2021. The team of people that worked on our residence were skilled and professional. We were fortunate to have hired Dan as our contractor to fix extensive water damage suffered in a storm. During the repair period, Dan was in constant contact with me to report on progress, ask questions and get guidance from me and my family regarding the repairs. We are very happy that we hired Dan and his team to help us get our house back.

We had some damage to our home due to a storm and called Garvey Construction for an estimate. Dan Garvey was responsive to our needs and provided us with excellent service. He did some major remodeling and we are extremely happy with the work done.
