We use Chem Dry for all of our carpet and tile cleaning. The owner is responsive and on time for our appointments (we have several apartments in the Kittery area we have used them for). Along with being a landlord I am also a realtor and I recommend Chem Dry Portsmouth/Seacoast to all of my clients needing cleaning services.

Life Saver,Rick (owner/operator)saved us all.we had a catastrophic failure of our 29 gallon fish tank,there were no fish thank goodness, but we awoke at 6am to a flooded carpet and hallway. l called Rick's phone at 6:30am, he called me back by 7:15, I explained our issue, we rent so the thought of being evicted crossed my mind, however, after calming me down, Rick told us, although he had a full day, he would pencil us in by 3:00/3:30pm.at 10:00am, Rick called again to inform us that he juggled his schedule to come dry out our rug by 11am.
