Definitely a life saver, had bought a refurbished computer that needed a operating system. They got us up and running within a day and the computer is all set for one of our patrol units and is in service now!

I love, love, love C-Prompt! Personal service of the highest quality! And they are fast, too. I especially like the service they have where they can get on my computer remotely to work on an issue. Or, they come to your home for a very modest fee. Being of a certain age (old!!!), I am not very skilled at things computery, so it is ever so reassuring to have them to turn to. C-Prompt was able to remotely trouble shoot my issue and fix the problem. I was initially told to use a Big Box Store service. Their next appointment opening was 3 weeks away. I didn't know who to trust and needed the issue addressed immediately. Then, I remembered C-Prompt. I called to ask if they could possibly help me remotely (I'm on the West Coast). Not only was the answer "Yes" they helped me immediately. All issues have been resolved. Follow up has been excellent.
