“This review is way overdue, for which I am embarrassed, but better late than never. In January ‘24 I was having a new furnace and hot water heater installed. Because the water heater was propane, it required a vent pipe through the roof. The day before the job, I was told that I had to hire my own roofer to cut the hole in the roof!! You can imagine my panic. I googled roofers and called a few but I couldn’t get anyone to call me back. Then a realtor friend gave me Justin Caron’s number and sang his praises. He answered the phone and said to give him a time and he’d be here the next day. He arrived on time with a second man, but because the HVAC company had some glitches, they weren’t ready for him. They returned the next day and because the roof was icy, they had to go get a bucket lift to safely work on the roof. Justin was so accommodating, kind, and helpful. I thought I was going to have to halt the entire project until I could find a roofer willing to do a small job like this, let alone one who would actually call me back! My cousin recently had Caron Roofing install a new roof on their Saco home and they were also very happy and amazed at how fast and efficiently the crew worked.
