I cannot say enough about these wonderful people. Our A/C has been broken for over a week. Not a big deal for us, but our brand new rescue dog, who arrived sick from the shelter, was having a very hard time with the 80+ degree temps in the house. Our previous company was giving us the runaround: terrible communication, "can't get the parts", etc. We called Garrett-Pillsbury, who already takes care of our Plumbing and Heating. Long story short-Brendan, one of the nicest and most talented young men I have ever met, came and had it up and running in an hour and a half. And when he didn't have a part that he needed?He went out and got it. HUGE shout out to Brendon and the staff!! STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!
As a new customer last Friday late morning they replaced my failed hot water heater in 4.5 hours. Kudos to Jen, Rick and Matt for their professionalism. Interesting,today when you contact the "Trades" you may get a call back or told they are not taking on new customers. 5 Stars to Garrett Pillsbury Plumbing and Heating.👍
